As an Impartial councillor representing Golden Valley South, a big uncrowded space of Herefordshire, for the final six years of his life, Peter Jinman was merely excellent. Being a retired farm vet gave him data of each inch of the terrain and most of its folks. His expertise of nationwide politics gave him distinctive perception into what may and – all too usually – couldn’t be performed at native degree. And his conscientiousness drove him the additional mile to realize what was potential. The phrase “irreplaceable” has hardly ever been extra apt.
