Terry Kirkman, singer, songwriter and founding member of the Nineteen Sixties folk-rock band the Affiliation, has died. He was 83.
The musician died Saturday at his residence in Montclair, his spouse Heidi Berinstein Kirkman confirmed to the Los Angeles Occasions. He died of congestive coronary heart failure following a protracted sickness.
